GKRS Palacio is a villa gated community located at Kismatpur, Hyderabad. Overall landscape masterplan zoning is done in three phases, wherein phase 1 is the linear plaza with a central walkway, phase 2 is activity zone with party lawns and play area and phase 3 is the sports plaza. Additional landscape enhancement includes compound wall modules, entrance arch ways and canopy's.

>The linear plaza is formed along the set back areas where the meandering central walkway passes through amphitheater, water fountains, several pavilions and is heavily landscaped in three layers of shrubs and fruit bearing trees.

>The activity zone consists of two party lawns and a kids play area. both the party lawns have an attractive stage backdrop.

>The sports plaza is the major meeting hub for athletes and sports enthusiasts. We have designed a multipurpose sports court with includes tennis, basketball and two badminton courts.
